Maintenance and Safety for Consorzio Castello
SIGLOBAL S.R.L. provides global service activities for Consorzio Castello, part of the Unipol Sai group, managing routine maintenance and cleaning of lands and buildings, fire safety measures, and hydraulic maintenance of the surface irrigation network. Additionally, we oversee site supervision activities within the Urban Development Plan of Castello, covering an area of over 110 hectares near Florence Airport.
Global Service for I Praticelli University Residence
Until 2021, SIGLOBAL S.R.L. managed the I Praticelli University Residence in San Giuliano Terme – Pisa, a facility with over 800 beds, in a global service capacity. The services provided included routine maintenance of buildings and facilities, emergency response with on-call availability, administrative and managerial support for the residence, 24/7 reception service, surveillance, access control, and management of various commercial services, such as room cleaning and linen rental and laundering.
